- We (ABS) also organized 3 days Training cum exposure visit programme for elected representatives of Uttarakhand along with field officers of Panchayati Raj Department to NIRDPR in the year 2018-2019 (approx. 500 pax in association with the Department of PanchayatiRaj,Uttarakhand.
- We (ABS)in close co-ordination with the Department of Panchayati Raj, Uttarakhandalso organized 3 days training cum exposure visit of the Newly elected Chairman,DistrictPanchayat , Vice Chairman along with Executive officers from all 13 districts of Uttarakhand to NIRDPR, Hyderabad in March 2020.
- 3 daysTraining programme in association with the Department of Panchayati Raj was also organized for Newly elected Chairman,Vice – Chairman Block Development council, from all 95 blocks of Uttarakhand along with block development officersin the month of Feb 2020.
- We (ABS) also organized training cum exposure visit of selected group of officials from Department of Panchayati Raj, Uttarakhand to Municipal Corporation Indore (Madhya Pradesh) on Solid Waste Management
- We (ABS) also conducted 3 days State level Capacity Building training programme of the 100% Field level Panchayati Raj officers of Uttarakhand (approx. 800) along with the similar no. of newly elected Pradhans( Sarpanches) in the month of January & February 2021 at Hotel Pearl , Dehradun.
- We also made various Audio- Visual Training Modules for the Department of Panchayati Raj, Uttarakhand by recording/ shooting the subject Expert’s byte/ content during the initial stage of Covid -19 so that there should not be any gap in the Training of the Elected Representatives. (A/V Content ispresent in the department’s You Tube channel, which was also broadcasted through Doordarshan as paid series in order to reach out to the rural masses as well.
